We are very happy with this heat press. The crate arrived in good condition and only had to assemble the legs to get it up and running. There was a small issue with the control panel, but the company responded quickly and sent us a replacement part right away. They have a USA contact who was very helpful and Linda was great too with her quick response to our questions. We’ve had it for several weeks now and didn’t want to write a review until we had a chance to break it in and put it through normal use. Works great and would highly recommend.
