I bought the 16x24 dual with compressor. The price was significantly lower than most competitors for what looked like the identical press, so there was some skepticism. However, once it arrived, it was clear this machine is well-built. The stand is NOT assembled, so you will need to do that. The press itself comes fully assembled. It's heavy-duty, very stiff and stable, with a good fit an finish. The only issue I had was needing to remove the plattens in order to get it through some internal doors. The plattens themselves could use some finishing to smooth out some sharp edges. The compressor is surprisingly quiet, much more so than my others compressors. The action is smooth and predictable. The pressing arms seems to give even (and adjustable) pressure. The heating plates appear fairly even when measured with a heat gun. I only had variances of about 3 degrees max across the surface. The control panel is very easy to use, although I wish the temperature unit was clearly marked (mine was set to F despite some online commentary). The lasers are good to have but a challenge to set because you have to deal with skew as they are cross beam lasers. The included platten pads and covers are pretty good as well.

Heat up quickly, I can set the timer with unit in second. The quality of the machine is good as it maintain consistent temperature, delivers the good transfer. The pressure and the temperature is easy to adjust which makes it looks professional. The press for this machine is relative large which works for both small and large project. Michelle has been in contact since I got the tracking number and has given me directions and videos on how to set it up.This press has the option for auto press or manual, if you choose auto as soon as it hits the end it will lower. All the settings are adjustable and seem pretty easy so far. I think this press will definitely save me time in the future!

I purchased a MEM heat press. It works very smoothly and has two stations. It helps me to be more efficient. Very reliable and fast. The technician patiently taught me how to install it step by step remotely.

I love the heat press, but I ordered the 110w unit so I could plug it in to existing wiring. They did not tell me until after it kept blowing the breaker that it needed to be hard wired to a 50 amp breaker. It cost me as much as the price of the unit to get it wired.
