Warranty Policy

Dear Customer:

Thanks for purchasing KILO products. In order to protect your consumer rights and interests, please read this Warranty statement carefully.

This Warranty only applies to KILO machine products.

Warranty Service

The Warranty period of your KILO machine is one year from the date of purchase.

If for any reason, your product is defective or malfunctioning, please contact us directly ([email protected]) and we will handle it accordingly according to the specific situation. In most cases, if there is a problem with a part on the item, we will replace it with a new original part and ship it to you free of charge. You must provide photos of the damaged part before a replacement part will be sent to you.

In some disputed cases, customers are required to return defective parts to us for inspection. The buyer is responsible for properly packaging the product and prepaying shipping charges to ship the product to our location. If it is indeed a product quality problem after our inspection, we will bear the freight and send you new accessories for free. If the function is normal, we will not be responsible for the warranty.

If you want to extend the warranty, you can purchase a extend warranty plan through this link https://kiloheatpress.com/product/paid-extended-warranty/, this can only be added at the time of purchase or within 30 days of purchasing eligible the product. 1 extended warranty per 1 product and up to maximum 2 years of extended warranty! Extended Warranty coverage is for total time of protection.

Warranties are only valid for the original purchaser of the product. If the original purchaser sells the product, even while the warranty is valid, the warranty will become void. The warranty will not transfer to the new owner of the product. 

The warranty is voided if:

  • The product(s) is customized in any way other than manual.
  • The product(s) is damaged due to natural causes.
  • The product(s) is damaged due to an accident.
  • The product(s) is vandalized or stolen.
  • The product(s) does not get proper or periodic maintenance.
  • The product(s) is used in a manner which it was not intended for.
  • The product(s) is modified
  • The product(s) is taken out of the country and/or used with a foreign (non-US) power system
  • The product(s) is sold by the original purchaser during the warranty period (warranties cannot be transferred)
